In response to a few questions about my cookie post...
The first ones pictured are Double Chocolate Cookies and I posted the recipe in September. If you click on September down there in my archive, the recipe is the second post that appears on the page. I highly recommend these cookies--they have maraschino cherries in them and are so yummy!
The second cookies pictured are rugelach.
The third cookies were, I think, chocolate cinnamon tea cakes--but, Katie, you're probably thinking of pecan sandies. :)
If you would like the recipes for the latter 2 cookies, email me. My mom made one and my sister the other, so I'd need to hunt down the recipes for you.
