Good Friday

On Good Friday Braden gave the sermon at our church's evening service.  We thought Caleb would do best in his children's class, but we decided to let Maddie stay in with the adults and hear her daddy preach.  She did so well during the songs and the 40 minutes sermon.  She even decided to take notes, which I'm including below.  It's obvious (eventually) from what she wrote that she was following along quite well.  Maddie said afterward that she just loved hearing Daddy preach.

Good Friday
Daddy teach's

Daddy talks about Jesus dieing.  Sometimes I wave with my foot.  Daddy looks at me but I don't know if he saw me.  I sit on FaFa's lap.  Now I don't.  The temple curtains tore in hafe.  Not my will but your will be done.  No one takes my life away.  I lay it down.  One criminal sees his sin.  Today you will be in paridice with me.  The sun hinds itself.  There is a new curtain.  breathed his last.  Returns home beating their breasts.  Jesus rose form the dead.  All are sins are forgifven.  Your sins are forgifven.  You made firends out of your enemies.

I think she took better notes than I did.
