...er, uh, not really. Maddie's ALWAYS had trouble blowing out her candles!

* maddie is SEVEN *
We celebrated Maddie's birthday with Braden's family. (Mom is still visiting Jess in CA.) Maddie chose a dinner of spaghetti and meatballs, caesar salad, rolls and apple pie for her birthday "cake."
She helped me make the slab pie and had lots of fun stirring the apples and cinnamon and sugar together.
Maddie blew out the candles...
...er, uh, not really. Maddie's ALWAYS had trouble blowing out her candles!
Maddie had a wonderful birthday. Being as dramatic as she is, you can always count on Maddie for great reactions to gifts. And, the sweet girl that she is, she said in her cute way, "Mommy, this was just the BEST birthday ever! It was just...just better than I could even imagine! God is so kind to me to give me all this!"
