valentines

I decided to make the kids valentines this year and enclose a little lollipop as a treat. I haven't made cards in a long time, so I had fun crafting these nifty quadruple-fold cards.

"Miss Maddie/Mister Bobe, you are sweeter to me than a lollipop!"

And then on the sides I wrote a list of what I love about them.

The cards (and the lollipops) were a huge hit. They both have still been reading and fiddling with their cards all morning today. In fact I had to take them away during school time because they were such a distraction. I love that they loved them, and I think I shall do it again.
