griswold muffins
I made some muffins in my 'new' very old cast iron Griswold pan. They came out all crispy on the edges and popped right out of the pan. Old well-seasoned cast iron is better than non-stick any day. This is my new favorite kitchen item!

Mindy, it was just a muffin recipe I wanted to try--nothing specific to cast iron, but I'll email you the recipe.
